Hi, I'm Mark
As a busy dad of four, with two older teenagers and two young primary school kids (whom we foster as a family), I understand the pressures of juggling multiple responsibilities. I’m a husband, a part-time special needs teacher, a fitness business owner, and a coach for my kids' rugby teams. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to balance everything while trying to stay fit and healthy. I've been through the times when training was easier - when I could compete in events like mud runs, CrossFit, and bodybuilding (including winning my class at the Natural Physique Association Yorkshire Championships). |
Now, as time, ageing, and injuries have changed things, I’ve learned how to adapt and be the best I can be without compromising my responsibilities. Through short, time-efficient workouts, daily movement, and simple, consistent nutrition, I’m able to fulfil all my roles with more energy and focus. I can help you do the same.

You’ll receive individual coaching to keep you on track, answer your questions, and help you overcome any obstacles that come your way.
