- 3 small group Boot Camp Sessions per week - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday/Friday
- Additional Online Video Home based workouts available

The details:
The Ba'Hinch Boot Camp Kickstart Programme is a group Personal Training group programme designed to improve your fitness and body composition.
Sessions take place at: Ballynahinch Rugby Club
6 Mountview Road
Ballynahinch
BT24 8JR
Boot Camp is based around 3 small group sessions each week. The sessions are at 6.30am or 9.30am Monday, Wednesday & Friday and 7.45pm Monday & Wednesday & 7pm Thursday
(Flexibility to access times to suit you, including evening sessions - subject to availability)
Each session is a combination of body weight and resistance training, with cardio elements. The exercises and movements are scaled and varied for your starting point. The aim is to work at a good intensity, personally coached in the small group, so each person gets the maximum benefit from each workout for their level of fitness and strength.
Sessions also include a focus on core and lower body. Additional online video workouts are provided as an alternative workout for any days you cannot make it to Boot Camp.
Each person has individual nutrition targets and guidance to support their training and goals. The information over the programme will provide the foundation and framework to continue and sustain your progress.

The cost:
Individual Personal Training can be expensive and this can limit the time and support you get from the trainer.
The Ba'Hinch Boot Camp is in small groups with multiple sessions a week, so you will get all the benefits of personal training and support at an amazing rate.
The cost is £65 for the 5 Week block (full price is £90, discounted price is due to holidays 15th - 24th July)
In addition sign up with a friend or family member and both get the programme for £50 - saving and additional £15 each!
Boot Camp blocks can be tailored to you specifically, taking into account preferred start date, holiday weeks etc - please add this information to the sign up form below and we will contact you to discuss the specific cost of the programme for you
