Walk & Talk
A regular video talk about health and fitness as I walk Finley the family dog in the morning and get some steps clocked up first thing!
Lunge & Listen 1 - 30
Lunge and Listen is the consistency of a short and effective activity, with a short talk to take in while you lunge and move.
How to do it:
Decide how many lunges you will do each day, a rep scheme and variation
Eg 1. 60 Walking Lunges in 3 sets of 20
Eg 2. 40 Forward Lunges in place in 4 sets of 10
Eg 3. 30 Reverse Lunges in 3 sets of 10
The challenge is to do lunges 5 out 7 days per week and building up by 10 or 20 a week from wherever you start 💪🏻 - and watch and listen along as you do your reps.
Want a different challenge? Plank for time start at 30/40s and 3 or 4 holds, with 30s rest, then add 10s the next week and so on 💪🏻
