The Kickstart training sessions are Monday and Wednesday 5pm or Tuesday and Thursday 6.30am

"I’ve just completed my first MW Fitness Super 6 programme and wow what a transformation, not just physically but mentally.
All of Mark’s sessions are varied and can be adjusted to your own fitness and strength levels. Sessions can even be completed at home when needed. The structure of the weekly classes has really helped me to become more accountable. I now love going to the gym and it’s truly become a routine for me.
