Hi, I'm Mark
I've been active through sports from an early age, delving into everything from horse riding to rugby, running, and swimming. My journey into fitness started young, as I began weight training at just 12 years old. In my twenties, I transitioned into gym training, fueled by a passion and enjoyment cultivated through my own experiences. This journey led me to become a Personal Trainer, where I continued to push my limits, competing in obstacle course racing (Spartan, Tough Mudder and others), bodybuilding, and CrossFit.
However, this journey hasn't been without its setbacks, with niggles and injuries along the way. Now in my 40s, despite my active lifestyle, I've felt that something wasn't quite right. When I pulled my back again on my 44th birthday that I realized the missing link: Mobility. |
My journey through various sports and fitness disciplines has given me a unique perspective on the importance of mobility. From experiencing the highs of competition to the lows of injury, I understand firsthand the vital role mobility plays in overall wellness and performance. Through my own struggles and triumphs, I've gained invaluable insights and developed effective strategies for improving mobility and preventing injuries.
