All of Mark’s sessions are varied and can be adjusted to your own fitness and strength levels. Sessions can even be completed at home when needed. The structure of the weekly classes has really helped me to become more accountable. I now love going to the gym and it’s truly become a routine for me.
Mark helped me with my diet. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal to log all my food and I’ve aimed to do over 10k steps per day everyday. To date I’ve lost 36.5cm and I’m feeling fabulous. For anyone looking for a super supportive environment to become fit, I can’t recommend Super 6 highly enough.

The details:
The Super 6 Programme is a 6 week group Personal Training programme designed to improve your fitness and body composition.
It runs from Monday Monday 20th April to Friday 29th May.
The programme is based around 6 group Personal Training sessions each week. These are split into sessions at 9am on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday and 5pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
(Please note some days may be altered due to Bank Holidays etc - see event dates and times on Facebook for altered programme dates).
Two of the sessions are a combination of body weight and resistance training, with cardio elements. The aim is to work at a high intensity, monitored in the small group so each person gets the maximum benefit from each workout, at their level of fitness and strength.
The third session focuses on core and lower body strengthening and flexibility and will help with posture and exercise form for the other sessions.
The first workout each week is provided on video to do at home or on your own if you cannot make to a session later in the week. You will also be provided with a gym workout to use if you choose and daily stretches and a core routine to do at home or alongside your own workouts.
Just as important as the training each person will have individual nutrition targets and guidance to support their training and goals. The information over the 6 weeks should provide a sustainable framework to continue with after the programme.

The cost:
Personal Training can be expensive and this limits the time and support you get from the trainer.
As this programme is in small groups with multiple sessions a week you will get all the benefits of personal training and support at an amazing rate.
The costs are:
6 Week Programme (Monday 20th April to Friday 29th May) £75
In addition sign up with a friend and both get the programme for £65 - saving £10 each!
Please note - if you would like to join the Super 6 programme but cannot make the 9am or 5pm sessions there is the option of taking part as an online participant fully or in part. This will give you access to the weekly workouts on video (with additional equipment provided to keep), gym programme, nutrition guidance and ongoing support. Super 6 can help build the habits and knowledge to continue with your progress beyond the programme or repeat the programme for the accountability and guidance.
The programme includes initial fitness tests that are reassessed at the end of each programme block.
Photos will need to be taken at the start and end of the programme for comparison.
A food/drink diary for tracking will need to be completed.
And there will be weekly check ins to complete to monitor progress.
