The details:
The Super 6 Online Programme is a 6 week online Training programme designed to improve your fitness and body composition.
It runs from Monday 24th February to Friday 3rd April, with 4 weekly workouts that can be done anywhere. Each 25-30 minute workout is provided on video.
Two of the workouts are body weight workouts, one with a strength and cardio focus and the other with fat burning and core strength elements. The aim will be to work at a high intensity for your fitness level, using the variations provided.
The third workout focuses on the lower body, particularly glute strengthening and shaping. The fourth workout is a yoga inspired workout to improve flexibility and mobility and aid recovery.
You will be sent a resistance band for warm up stretches and a knee band to use in the lower body workouts.
There is also the option of a gym based workout if you do have access to a gym. This includes exercise videos and variations that can be found in most gyms.
Just as important as the training each person will have individual nutrition targets and guidance to support their training and goals. The information and coaching provided over the 6 weeks should provide a sustainable framework to continue with after the programme, as you continue your fitness journey.

The cost:
One to One Personal Training and Gym Membership can be expensive.
As this programme is online with multiple workout options, the flexibility to train where and whenever suits you and dedicated small group support you will get all the benefits of online personal training for £65 for the 6 weeks.

Photos will need to be taken at the start and end of the programme for comparison.
A food/drink diary for tracking will need to be completed.
