The Train 4 Change training sessions are Monday and Wednesday 10.30am (and additional Boot Camp session is 9.30am on Friday)
The Train 4 Change Programme is £125 for 8 Weeks of training from Monday 3rd October to Friday 2nd December - the programme is based over 9 weeks to include Half Term where training will be optional around school holidays and childcare commitments
(A two payment options is available of £75 to start and a further £75 on 30th October)
*Bonus MW Fitness Recipe Books Package included FREE
*Additional Boot Camp session add £20 to the programme cost (or £10 each month to the 2 payment option)

"I’ve just completed my first MW Fitness Super 6 programme and wow what a transformation, not just physically but mentally.
All of Mark’s sessions are varied and can be adjusted to your own fitness and strength levels. Sessions can even be completed at home when needed. The structure of the weekly classes has really helped me to become more accountable. I now love going to the gym and it’s truly become a routine for me.
Mark helped me with my diet. I’ve been using MyFitnessPal to log all my food and I’ve aimed to do over 10k steps per day everyday. To date I’ve lost 36.5cm and I’m feeling fabulous. For anyone looking for a super supportive environment to become fit, I can’t recommend Super 6 highly enough.
