The details:
Trim & Tone is a weekly small group Personal Training programme designed to improve body composition, definition and muscle tone
Sessions take place at: Ballynahinch Rugby Club
6 Mountview Road
Ballynahinch
BT24 8JR
Each session is a combination of body weight and resistance training, with cardio elements. The exercises and movements are scaled and varied for your starting point. The aim is to work at a good intensity, personally coached in the small group, so each person gets the maximum benefit from each workout for their level of fitness and strength
Sessions also include a focus on core and lower body. Online video workouts are provided as an alternative workout for any days you cannot make it to the session (or for extra workouts at home)
Each person has individual nutrition targets and guidance to support their training and goals. The information over the programme will provide the foundation and framework to continue and sustain your progress through 2023

Individual Personal Training can be expensive and this can limit the time and support you get from the trainer.
Trim & Tone is in small groups with multiple sessions a week, so you get all the benefits of personal training and support at an amazing rate.

Why sign up with MW Fitness?
Over the last 18 years I have worked with many amazing people who have achieved great results. The fitness industry has changed so much for the better in that time. There are lots of options for training, coaching and workouts available but nothing beats the fun and accountability of training with a personal trainer, alongside other people aiming to progress towards similar goals.
For the last 3 years I had a programme called Super 6 in England (check out Caroline's results below). It was a 6 week group programme with 3 group workouts a week, very similar to the Ba'Hinch Boot Camp format. This has been by far the best most successful programme I have ever run, both in terms of clients success and results and the fun and community within the programme.
This is the aim of the Ba'Hinch Boot Camp and MW Fitness - to achieve great results, whilst having fun and enjoying the journey with like minded people, with similar goals.
